Welcome to the Product Review Database, a system which aims to provide you with valuable information, including ratings, on a range of different products that tall people often experience difficulties finding. The car is a typical example of this. You shouldn't have to visit numerous showrooms or private sellers to see if you can safely and comfortably drive a vehicle. This database will help you narrow down your choice without the legwork, or at the very least point you in the right direction.

For each category of product listed below, the reviews include information relevant to that category along with ratings out of 10 for important areas.

This database relies on you, as a tall person, to add reviews so that others can benefit from your experience. Adding a review should only take a minute of your time, so please make the small effort required and tell us which products we should be looking at further and which we should be avoiding. We don't just need good reviews, we also need bad reviews! Please remember though that we are only interested in a product's suitability for tall people, not whether you experienced problems with the seller or the product itself.

The system was written specially for the club, so it can be easily changed. Please email the webmaster with suggestions for new categories or changes to existing categories if you think some more information is needed to make the reviews more useful. If you encounter any problems with the system please report them immediately using the email link above.

Note for car drivers. A very useful website has been produced by an osteopath who takes a keen interest in the ergonomics of cars. The site includes a survey (with measurements and ratings) of wheel and pedal layout, headroom and kerb height for a large number of makes and models.
