The Club's privacy policy outlines the information we learn when you visit our website and how we use this information. We receive two types of information when you visit our website: information that is collected automatically and information that you choose to provide.

Information Automatically Collected

When you visit any website certain personal information about you can be collected automatically. When you browse through our site, read pages, or download information, our web hosting company automatically records certain information for statistical purposes which is then used by the Club to monitor the use of the site, discover what information is most and least used and to make the site more useful to visitors.

The information logged when you access this web site includes:

  • your IP or server's address
  • the date and time of your visit to the site
  • the pages accessed
  • your operating system (for example, Windows XP, Windows 98, Mac etc)
  • your web browser version and type (for example, IE5, IE6, Netscape 4 etc)
  • the time taken to transmit information to you
  • the previous internet address from which you came directly to this website

No attempt is made to identify you or your browsing activities except in the event of an investigation into apparent improper use of the website, or where a law enforcement agency exercises a warrant to inspect the logs of this website.

Information You Choose to Provide

The Club does not collect or store any other information about you when you visit this website unless you choose to provide it.

Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information or small files that a website can send to your computer's hard drive for record keeping. Cookies can make using websites easier to use by storing information about your preferences on a particular website. The information may remain on your computer after the internet session finishes.

This website uses cookies to remember who you are so you can access the areas of the website that are restricted to club members without logging in every time you visit the website. The BBS also uses cookies to remember who you are so you can post a message without the need to login to the BBS at each visit.

Information Disclosure Policy

The Club will not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about our visitors unless it is required by law or for law enforcement reasons.
