I'm trying to compile a list of tall British celebrities/famous people. Apart from Phil Heinriccy I've come up with the following list - can anyone add to it please?

Does anyone know how we can contact some of these people to help promote the club. I have tried some of the names, but they are not interested or want a huge fee.
Any celebrity endorsements will help promote the club greatly.

Tim Westwood...Radio One and 1Xtra DJ...is reported to be anywhere between 6ft and 6ft 6in.
IMDb has him at 6ft 4in.

dara o'briain , I'm sorry , but I'd just like to point out that Dara is a tall Irish celebrity - whatever, he has an excellent Twitter account, but am sure there's more officious methods of contacting him, or his agents.

Richard Metcalfe, former Scottish rugby union footballer, 7' 0" (2.13m).
Peter Mayhew, actor that played Chewbacca in Star Wars, 7' 3" (2.21m).
David Prowse, played Darth Vader in Star Wars, 6' 6" (1.98m).
Russell T. Davies, writer of Torchwood (amongst many others), 6' 6" (1.98m).
Jon Snow, Channel 4 News presenter, 6' 4" (1.93m).
Peter Snow, brother of the above, 6' 5" (1.96m).
Dan Snow, son of the above, 6' 6" (1.98m).

The statistics given for Peter Mayhew and David Prowse were their peak heights.

Also, not strictly a celebrity (yet), but I saw a story on BBC News about a 16-year-old Scottish schoolgirl called Terri McGlone, who is 6' 1" and has started quite a successful modelling career.

There are quite a few others who are my height (6' 3"/1.91m), like Tom Baker, Jeremy Paxman and Andy Murray, but thought I'd go for the tallest first!

IMDB is always quite accurate with heights, so I often use that as my source.
